BLOGGING in preview

blog  is a type of website, usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.
Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, Web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability of readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs. Most blogs are primarily textual, although some focus on art (Art blog), photographs (photoblog), videos (Video blogging), music (MP3 blog), and audio (podcasting).Microblogging is another type of blogging, featuring very short posts.
There are so many possibilities with blogging. Using your imagination and creativity, there is no end!
A blog entry usually consists of a title, headline, body, post date, comments, tags, and more. One great thing about blogs is that they are almost always customizable. You can select your template (which determines how your blog looks, including its layout), which is usually provided by the blogging company you are using. You can also find other templates by searching on other sites, which I will discuss in a later article.

How much technology should be provided to students and teachers?

We live in a technology-based world, so using technology should be second nature. However, just because something CAN be done, it need not necessarily BE done. Learning should involve interaction and collaboration. If technology enhances that, then go for it. If, on the other hand, a quiet face-to-face discussion is called for, it is much better to interact in person. Social skills are sharpened by body language, unlike online discussions which sharpen critical thought.
Thers a pressing  need of access to the internet to both the students and the teachers presently .Most schools encourage their students to use internet.Their work is from the books found online, their research is also from online. To most parents it has become an expense to buy thier children notebook computers.
Computer skills have become very essential both in school and at the workplace .By equiping students with this skill they are able to go with some confidence in the workplace .Moreover nowadays most companies look for people who are computer literate. So for those who have the knowhow jobs are easy to find.
Computers need maintainance, this may slow down some students .Until the computers are fixed that is when they can continue thier lessons.Young children may lack the responsibility to use the computer properly.

ARE WORD PROCESSING PROGRAMS MAKING STUDENTS LAZY?

Word processing programs have made students very lazy. The fixing of spellings ,grammar mistakes, automatically formating documents with templates, seems to make life easier for most students .Educators believe that there has been an increase in this software programs. These programs are cheating students of their English grammar fundamentals, that is the ability of performing these tasks alone.

Should the world become a cashless society?

"Money - in the traditional sense no longer exists. It died "Money - in the traditional sense no longer exists. It died two decades ago when Richard Nixon forever abolished the gold standard. Since then, money as we once knew it has been replaced by an unstable new global medium of exchange that is called 'megabyte money'... megabyte money is a threat not only to our country's long-term growth and prosperity, but to the individual as well."o decades ago when Richard Nixon forever abolished the gold standard. Since then, money as we once knew it has been replaced by an unstable new global medium of exchange that is called 'megabyte money'... megabyte money is a threat not only to our country's long-term growth and prosperity, but to the individual as well." Recent research has suggested that people are in fact using more cash than plastic More people are becoming worried about driving up their credit card bills and having to pay off high interest rates. The only reason people consider money to have worth is because the Government and banks place power behind a simple piece of green paper. There has been a shift in the last decade to now placing value on a piece of plastic.
There are several advantages in using a debit card or credit card
 making online payment
paying at the pump for gas
if you use your credit card wisely you  build up good credit.
There is a need for both types of money
A credit card is best suited for large transactions, financing items when all the money is not readily available
Credit cards are not suited for daily use because of the danger it poses with identity theft
Money poses less of a threat and therefore should be used on daily occurrences

SHOULD YOU TRUST A WIKI FOR ACADEMIC RESEARCH?

Since wikis are free content there is a possibility that they contain misleading, biased, or otherwise false information. Citing a wiki as a source for academic information is often frowned upon for this reason. Also since information on a page can be changed and reworded there is no guarantee that the information used will exist later for either your or another persons use.
A wiki can however be a good place to start to find information for academic research. Most wikis including wikipedia push to have information cited at the bottom of the page. You can therefore find the information you need on a wiki and then find the original source. This allows you to not only verify the information given to make sure it came from someplace reliable but it also gives you a book or some other publication that contains more information on the subject you are researching. These resources can then be cited in academic papers unlike a wiki.

Welcome to the world of informations..
